Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Germany/EU)
Consumers as defined in Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) have the following legal right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) have taken possession of the goods.
2. Voluntary Return Policy (30 Days)
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return policy of 30 days after receipt of goods — no questions asked.
3. Easter Promotion: Extended Return Period
For orders placed between April 24 and April 30, 2025, we offer an extended return period until July 31, 2025. This seasonal benefit is voluntary and may be repeated for future promotions.
4. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
- Returns are also accepted for used rollators, provided there is no major damage or misuse. Minor signs of use from normal testing and walking are explicitly allowed.
- A free return label is included in every shipment.
5. Return Methods
You may return products by mail, to a drop-off location, or in person by appointment.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received. We will issue the refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Exclusion of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly tailored to personal requirements.
